• Should malware contaminate the site LOJO will repair /restore the website*

* May result in lost data if changes were made to the site since the most recent backup.

Website SSL

• Each website is equipped with a 1024 SSL Encryption and a static IP address.

Site address bar will show https://(web site URL) Secure sites will also aide in organic rankings.

Customer Requested Website Updates

• LOJO will perform custom updates and additions per the customers request. Amount of monthly allotted update time vary based on the scope of the site.*

*If larger updates are requested the work can be metered out over time (a two month period) or the updates can be handled all at once and would be scoped out as a project based website update and billed above and beyond the retainer amount.

Template Selection

On our NEBULA plan the client will select from some pre designated layout templates for their new web design. 

Custom Website Design Integration

• With our GALAXY (Brochure Style Websites) and UNIVERSE (E-Commerce Website Design) plans the client with work with LOJO team to create a completely customized website design. Thus the layout esthetics and functionality will be tailored exactly to the desired customer experience. 

*The site map and detailed estimate sheet show which pages will be custom designed. Also,  additional page template designs as well as subsequent website redesigns are charged at an additional rate upon request.

Website Size/Functionality

• Each plan/proposal is for the scope of the project found in its site map and detailed estimate sheet.

*Any functionality growth/additions can be added into the site by LOJO as part of the client requested updates found in the service agreement. Furthermore, larger updates can be dispersed over time or paid for as a one time website addition. Note: The client will have access and ability to make these updates as well.

*Note regarding server space size: As the website database grows -Site size may require upgrading hosting plan at the upgraded hosting cost difference.

Content Integration

• Basic content (text and images)* integration – up to a specified page limit (varies based on project scope) is included. Thus, pre-existing blog articles are included with the import of the websites blog. 

*Additional or complex content, (tables, formulas, e-commerce items, etc.) will be quoted separately as an additional service.
